M&N Construction was founded in 1998 by Brent McMillin and Nic Nichols. Before establishing the company, Brent and Nic spent many years with Patterson Engineering & Developments in Tupelo, Mississippi, where they gained extensive hands-on training and experience across a wide range of construction trades.

Their background includes both commercial and residential construction, providing them with the expertise to successfully manage projects of all sizes and complexities. Together, they bring more than 60 years of combined experience in the construction industry.

In January 2026, M&N Construction welcomed Conner Carruth as a partner, further strengthening the company’s leadership and commitment to excellence. Conner brings valuable experience, fresh perspective, and a shared dedication to delivering exceptional quality and service to every client.
